I’m a trauma-informed therapist who loves working with people healing from past trauma and abuse, learning to befriend and honor their bodies, and seeking a caring witness as they walk through anxiety, queer identity formation, grief, and truth-telling in general. Everyday, I want to push back on how avoidance and minimization of past experiences and harmful systems can keep us stuck in patterns of self-questioning and survival-mode living.
My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attuned to the connection between the mind and the body. Folks describe me as warm and attentive, and I’m certainly not against utilizing the healing power of laughter!
