Hi, I'm Katie Vigneulle. I’m a trauma-informed, body-honoring, relational therapist. I've seen therapy provide clarity, healing, and growth through the wildness of life. If you're looking for therapy in Washington state, I'd love to connect. New in: Ask about my summer discount for teachers & therapists! I'm honored to care for those who spend their lives in a caring role as well. With that in mind, I'm offering a lowered rate from May-August for those vital roles. If you're an educator, therapist, or therapist in training who's been thinking about starting therapy, this is your sign! As your work slows for the summer, consider dialing up the self care by providing yourself an intentional space. |
Folia (FOH-lee-ah): a word chosen for its double meaning.
It's latin for foliage, the wild, yet patterned constellation of stems & leaves that invite awe in natural spaces.
And, it's also the name of a structure in the cerebellum portion of the brain.
Folia captures two categories that guide my passion for healing work: the beauty & rhythms of nature and the brilliant insights of neuroscience.
Folia represents all that is lush & sustainable, like a life well-lived.
